Had a pretty decent weekend stay! The location is one of the best parts—so close to tons of restaurants and shops, plus an awesome night market just a short walk away. The outdoor pool was beautiful and perfect for relaxing after a long day. Our room was spacious and comfy too, which was a nice surprise!

But wow, the service really brought the experience down. The staff was super rude when we asked for a late check-out because we traveled with a baby. They just didn’t care and demanded extra cash—not cool! the breakfast selection could’ve been way better, especially the pastries. Definitely not a place where I felt warmly welcomed.

My stay was fantastic, and I felt I got great value for my money. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, and the location was perfect, surrounded by restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my visit even more enjoyable.

the staff were friendly and the room was spacious with a comfortable sofa, JBL alarm clock with bluetooth connectivity and great loudspeaker. We enjoyed the swimming pool on the roof top and the close proximity to the night market. We ate some delicious food at the many stalls around the area and also took advantage of the hotel's great breakfast buffet and fantastic restaurant.

That there was no front doorman to help with our luggage.

I also found the transportation options easily accessible, and the cleanliness of the room was impeccable.

The hotel had a lovely modern decor with an impressive lobby area, offering a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, assisting us with all our questions and requests. the buffet breakfast was also a highlight, providing a wide variety of both western and eastern cuisine options to choose from.

The hotel was located a bit far from public transport facilities such as the metro or high-speed rail station, so we had to rely on buses or taxis. our room had a window facing a wall of a neighboring building, limiting our view.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I appreciated the spacious double room and the rooftop pool with a lounge area. The location of the hotel was good, near local eateries and a supermarket. Another advantage was the big tub in the well-appointed and tasteful bathroom.

The towels were fraying, and the food lacked taste. They had minimal staff, and I felt like they were operating on a tight budget.
